S. - I know that Gymboree offered baby sign classes when my older daughter (also a S.) was a baby 2 yrs ago. I also moved down from NYC a few yrs ago and had a hard time adjusting to the change. I still get homesick sometimes. Hang in there. L. A

I've seen postings for Baby Sign Language Classes at the Hollywood Birth Center in Hollywood. You could call to inquire about the class and the woman who offers it. Their phone number is: ###-###-####

I am definately interested - I have a 15 mth old baby girl and a 4(almost 5) yr old boy. I have been trying on my own to teach them sign language using videos and books for the past few months, but would love to attend a class! Where are you located? I found that the JCC in Wellington offers a class, but if you are trying to get one together, please, please, please let me know. By the way, where in NY did you teach - I know the city is huge, but my sister is a elementary teacher somewhere in that huge city and loves it! My husband and I moved here from upstate ny (rochester) 3 years ago - the weather is great - we miss family & friends!
Thanks,
A.

I am not sure where you are located.... but I am a Baby Signs certified instructor and I'm in the North Broward area.... although, as you said, if you get a group together then the instructor comes to you :)

I know you're interested in a class, but did you know that there is a show on Sunday's on PBS called Signing Time? It's wonderful... we DVR it so that we can watch different thematic episodes at any time!
