So I'm thinking $5-$7 per gift right?

Digital pictures - depending on where the party is at or if someone has a portable small picture printer you can buy 7 picture frames. Walmart has them as low as $2 for a 4X6 and they are nice. Then each winner can take a picture with the mommy-to-be. You an even add a prop from the game, like the toilet paper "measuring tape". If you really like this ideas but don't have a digital printer you can still do this. If there is a CVS, Longs, Target, Walgreens... near by someone can run over there while gifts are being opened and they can print in seconds. Or send a guy to do it.

Target - wait until the Easter stuff goes on clearance. By the 29th things should be 30%-50% off.

Bath & Body at the outlets. Especially now they will have their holiday stuff like at 50%-75% off.

Costco or Sams - look for sets of candles or body butters that can be broken up.

Kirklands - you never know what good deals you will find there.

Outlets at 15 and Charleston - there is a home store there that I just love! You can find frames for a good price. Again look for sets that can be broken up.

Baked goods - I saw that below. You can go to the Goodwill to get baskets for probably under a $1 and put your goodies in there with a mug and maybe some tea with the recipe on a card.

what's your budget?

you can use lotions/soaps from Bath & Body Works, Target, Big Lots

$5,$10,$15 gift cards to Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Nail Spa etc.

How about baking some bananna bread, muffins and cookies and packaging them real cute.
Candles and bath stuff is always a hit.
You could always try re-gifting some stuff you'll never use but still looks new...

I was just at a baby shower that they gave gift cards to Starbucks and KevaJuice. Or even coldstone for an ice cream would be great.

you can also check out the $1 section at target. i think the gift cards are a great idea.

Depending on your guests, you can do surprising stuff like vegetable and flower seeds (representing new growth, growing things), small potted plants (flowering, herbs, vegetables), funny things like unusual tooth picks, humor joke books (good taste), unusual salt and pepper shakers, or cooking supplies like unusual canned fruits and vegies, unusual spice packets, unusual cooking implements, like pancake flippers that are purple? Or you could make little gift baskets with any of the above including the soaps and stuff mentioned by others. Or you could put several items in colorful pretty boxes. I think shopping Big Lots and maybe Trader Joes would get you some different types of stuff. Have fun. Have you tried party supply discount warehouses/stores. Some of the stuff there is amazing and their clearance stuff might be right up your alley. Good luck.

If I was on a tight budget for something like this, I would consider all the things listed above and think about possibly putting some of them together in a cute gift basket or clear paint can...

Also, you might consider some super large candy bars with custom wrappers, designed and printed just for your party, to match your decor! Or, maybe you'd prefer some custom printed favor boxes with baby colors of hershey's kisses inside...

If you think your prize winners might be the sort to craft something, you could make them a little kit to make a necklace or bracelet, or purchase one in a store... That would be super cute!

If you choose to consider custom created/printed items, please feel free to stop into my shop, www.CandyCuteness.com I make all kinds of cute items, many that aren't listed on my site as well. I keep the clear paint cans in stock all the time, and can whip them into baskets lickety split!! :D I also design and print candy bar wrappers, and custom favor boxes!! You'd be surprised how affordable having custom created prizes could be for your party!! :D Not to mention the joy of being able to hand the whole project over to someone else!!

I hope your party turns out fabulously!! :D

Huggles!!

I always hit Bath & Body Works when they have their $1 sale and buy tons of $1 matchable fragrant items. Then when I have a shower, party or book signing give-away, they make great prizes on their own or matched up with other items. They look great put into a cello bag for whatever occasion (Tall Mouse Crafts has a wonderful selection of cello bags). Also, nice potted plants wrapped are fun too. 99c Store sometimes has a nice selection. Gift cards for $5 each for coffee or ice cream are always appreciated. HAVE FUN!
