Baby Shower Goodies

Hi Moms!

I need some ideas for little goodies at a baby shower. I want it to help to add to the decor and also that the attendees can have something to take home. It is for a friend who just adopted so I am going to attach a Bible verse to whatever the goodie. Please give me some ideas of something that is not pricey b/c I have to have 20 of them. I was thinking along the lines of tulle wrapped around candy with a ribbon or votice candles, etc but would love to hear more choices. It is a girl!

Is it an international adoption??? I was at a shower and the favor was little bamboo plants.

I've seen little watering cans where you could attach a little verse on it and fill it with some candy. I've also seen little "scoops of love" that are ice cream dippers or keychains. You can order them online for about $2 or so a piece. Really cute and corny is a cheese grater that says, "A grate time in our lives." :)

I like the idea of votives with a Bible verse about light.

You might get ideas from looking in The Dollar Store.
