My sister in law did an Alice in Wonderland type theme - it was really cute - she had little mini sandwiches, and BIG cupcakes, and tea pots and cute little stuff for the decorations.

Ha. I like the pickles and ice cream idea.

Maybe the theme should be what the new mommy plans to decorate the room in: Puppies, Stars & Stripes, Jungle Animals, etc.
