Flu? Stomach virus, or something they ate?
Little babies have stomachs that are a lot more sensitive than ours- I'd just make sure they drink a lot of fluids and keep an eye on them and the fever.
If the fever gets higher or your children get worse then I'd call the on-call nurse at the hospital to see if they need to go in.
As long as they're drinking water or pedialite they should be fine. :)

Def. make sure they stay hydrated!! Water, pedilite whatever they will drink. Unless it's serious enough for them to be hospitalized then a dr will probably tell you to make sure they're hydrated and rotate infant/childrens motrin and tylenol for the fever. With my son motrin worked great for keeping the fever away!! It's probably just a stomach bug and there isn't much you can do besides let it run its course. However if you do feel like it's more severe than that def. call your ped!

They are sick.
Take them to the Doctor. Or call him/her.
Keep them hydrated.
Give bland foods... if they can eat.
Take their temp every hour or less, monitor it... if it gets too high, Tylenol. And cool drinks, a tepid bath etc.
probably a virus.
Wash hands a lot.

I agree to keep them hydrated and to make sure the fevers are kept under control with tylenol/motrin. Also because your child is vomitting make sure to limit the fluid intake at first and then gradually reintroduce liquids. My daughter got a stomach bug and I was giving her fluids and she just kept throwing it up. I went online and found where I was supposed to give her an hour with nothing to let her have complete digestive rest and then gradually introduce liquids. Once I stopped the liquids, she stopped vomitting and then after about 2 hours (she fell asleep and I let her sleep for a bit), I gave her little by little and she was fine.

There are still viruses that go around even in the summer. More than likely it's a "stomach bug" and it will run its course. If you've never had this before it sucks and then it will get better. To keep them hydrated but hopefully not to make them vomit again...give them 1tsp. room temperature gatorade or pedialyte every 30 min., then after a couple of hours increase to 2tsps and as long as keeping that down increase it at slow increments.

Don't give it to them cold, it shocks the stomach and will make them sick again and don't just give them a cup because they can't control themselves and will suck it down and there again, make themselves sick again.
