Hi,
I think Jackson Wyatt has a nice ring
Gage Oliver
Mason Tucker
Cash is a strong name and doesn't need a middle name
Just a few ideas.
Take care, and keep in mind that you may really love a name, but when you see him, it doesn't suit him. I had it narrowed down to 5 names, but when I saw my son they didn't suit him, and i chose a name that was like 10th on my list.
I initially liked Santino and Renato, but ended up naming him Massimo.

I like Jackson. Sounds very astute to me. I have a cousin named Gage, I always think of Pet Cemetery,LOL! Sorry. I have a nephew named Mason. Harley is good for a boy or girl.

My daughter and I like the combo of Harley Jackson or Jackson Harley, depends on the last name. LOL! My son is Nathan Lane, and people look at me and say,"Oh you must like the actor." I do, but he's actually named after his daddy and Lane Frost.(The bull rider)
Names are difficult, good luck and let us know what you came up with!

Hi K.!
I'm VERY pregnant, not able to do much, and therefore, bored so I'm loving these type of mamasource questions right now. :)

When I was pregnant with a boy, I liked the name Gavin and then my Dad ruined it for me when he told me it sounded like a "skinhead" name. Then we watched that horrible American History X movie with Edward Norton and lo and behold, one of the guys on there was a Gavin! Ugh, I hate when certain things ruin perfectly good names for you. Gage has been ruined for me as well. And Harley...it was my dog's name when I was 9. :/

I like Jackson and Mason on your list. Cash is a little on the "trendy" side therefore I'd use it as a middle. ie: Jackson Cash. With Jackson and Mason, these are my favorite combos:
Jackson James
Jackson Cain
Mason Patrick

They have nice a ring. At a playgroup a couple of mos ago,we met little boy twins with the names Jed and Jagger. I thought that was cute.
It also depends what your other children's names are. It's nice when they all kind of match a little.
And lastly, if your last name is really long, I'd go with the shorter first name,Mason. If your last name is short, then Jackson. I like Jackson Tyler too as per a mom's suggestion below but not as much as Jackson James.
Funny how names work though. I had my childrens' names all picked out a month into my pregnancies and then when I started bonding(usually when movement begins and discover the sex), the names just didn't fit and I changed them to something completely different and unexpected about a week before the due date. Now, I can't imagine their names being anything else. Of course, my daughter isn't born yet,but she is due any day now!!
Congrats and happy naming! Let us know what you decide. :)

Hey K.,
I love the name Cash! What neat about that name is you can almost bet that there won't be another Cash throught his years in school. My name is very common (J.) I was always 1 of 3 all the way from K-College. And I can tell you that sucks. Good Luck!

Well, I am not sure of your last names, so I am unsure.
However, if you love the names, then GO WITH IT.
Christopher was a name that we both agreed on...
Altman is the name of my favorite Uncle and it has great meaning to me and my family, and my husband agreed to it!
It's so special and fairly original.
Look into your family names. Or give him a strong name of your favorite Cowboy or Congressman, whatever you like...
Good luck.
I like names like:
Montgomery Alexander
Cameron Michael
Of yours I like (variation of course):
Jackson Lee
Mason Hunt
Montgomery Mason
Cameron Gage
lol I am silly!
Have fun choosing.

Picking names is sooooooo cool!

Gage is a great middle name (it's one of ours *G*)
I do like one someone else suggested, Mason Gage. or Jackson Gage.

There is a book called Cool Baby Names that is fun to look through, I got it even though I knew what name i wanted for baby (and he is named... probably)

I like Mason or Gage, but I like unusual names - ds is Owen and dd is Peyton. Jackson is just way too common now for my taste. We almost named our son Jackson and I'm glad we didn't; he has two Jackson's in his kindergarten class (15 kids) and my daughter has one in her pre-k class.

Praying all gets better for you soon. Whether or not God gives us the "tough" times I do not know, however, I do believe He is with us always. Hang in there and have faith.

About the names, love all your choices but I think it would depend on the last name. I really like Cash but maybe for the middle name.

Maybe Harley Cash or Jackson Cash.

Good luck and God bless!

I like the Jackson Gage or Mason Gage. We used my grandpas name for my oldest (Colton James) and my husbands grandpas name for our other baby which it also happens to be my hubbys dads middle name and my hubbys first name (Cameron Joe). Maybe you could use someone in one of yalls family too. Hope this helps!!!

I am also preggo with a boy due in May and I like Jackson and Mason on your list. I think Gage and Cash both make great middle names. I will say though that I had my heart set on a name for my daughter (she's 2) and my hubby liked another. We basically were choosing between those 2 names. When she was born, I started calling her Hannah (the name I liked) and when my hubby turned off the video camera, I decided she didn't look like Hannah to me, so we went with the name he liked and now we have Abbey! So, you never know what you will think when they come out. People tried to tell me this before she was born and I never believed them, but it's true! Best of luck to you. We haven't really started the name search yet, but I'm sure it will be fun!

I know that you've got a lot of suggestions, but I just thought that I would throw in my 2 cents worth. I personally LOVE the name Jackson. I loved it so much that that's what I named my son 10 months ago. His middle name is the same as his dad, his older brother, his grandfather, his great grandfather and it's his great-great grandfathers first name. What can I say, I didn't have a choice when it came to his middle name: Merrill. It sounded good, so we kept it. During labor though, I about named our son after the anasteisologist (? sp.)Parker because he became my new best friend after the epidural. My DH and I thought of the name Jackson like 6 years ago before it became trendy. We never went through the "What are we going to name the baby" after we got pregnant. We had a girls name picked out as well as a boys name. But anywhoo...

Of your list other than the name Jackson, which is becoming WAY TOO popular, I like the name Cash and Gage. I think Harley sounds too much like a girls name and Mason is cute, but I still think that it's trendy. I like Carter too even though that's not on your list.

Good luck on your search, but I agree with the other moms, have a list of names because when he's born he may not look like what you had picked. And then again, he might not look like any of the names that you have picked and you might name him something totally different never before thought of.

Gage is the name i have picked out for my future boy, although i've never met a gage, i fear now that it may become commonplace, for me, between all your names you have i like Jackson and Gage (jackson would be even cuter if your husbands name was jack)

p.s. jackson chase, jackson pierce(is that already a famous person's name)lol

I like Jackson but it is getting really common. There is a lady at work who just had twin grandsons and they are Ford and Cash. A lot depends on your last name. Boys don't change names like girls do. Also, look at what his initials will spell and possible nick-names or stuff that kids could turn it into to be mean. (I wanted Abbigail Rose F. her initials would have been ARF)
We wanted something different for our daughter but that people had heard of. She is Aurora Noelle and we call her Rori. The middle name is one of mine (my bro and I both have 2) We wanted a little tradition. Aurora came from the Northern Lights and a very romantic night that me and her daddy had about 3 months into the pregnancy. A lot of people tell us that it's neat that her name has story to it.

I like Mason. Course, he may be a "Mace" as a nickname.

Make sure you're okay with "Jack" if you go with Jackson.
Gage sounds like an instrument to me, not a child (not to be rude to anyone with a "Gage"- sorry)
Cash, well, lots of teasing about money.
Harley will be a motorcycle boy.

Just my opinions.

Awesome list, except for Harley. I personally prefer Gage, but before you choose, think about how the kids at school will treat him with the name you choose. With any of the first 4 names on your list, it shouldn't be a problem. Also important, make sure the initials do not sound or spell something obnoxious when you add a middle name.

God bless you and your expanding family.

Here's somethings to keep in mind when choosing a name:

1. Children will tease him in school with a weird name.

2. You should be able to yell out all three names easily when trying to find your son, disciplining (I know, yelling is not good discipline).

3. I think the name should sound just as good as a grandparent as well as a toddler. Most of your names do that quite well.

So, that's my criteria for name picking. Not knowing your last name I think makes picking out a name a little more difficult, but I think Jackson is getting quite commonplace.

If you are southern, you could go with Mason Dixon! No, seriously, I think I do like Mason the best.

Mason Christopher
Mason Richard
Mason Jeffrey
Mason Scott
Mason Eric
Mason Thomas
Mason Patrick

K., what are you other two childrens names?

I'm going out on a limb here and taking on "God won't give you more than you can't handle"...with that said: Jonah Cash. I wasn't even going to choose Cash because I know someone that has a nephew named Cash. When I was picking baby names I had Harley Jack on my list. I didn't end up with a Harley Jack because DH wanted someone named after him. Maybe it's just me, but I think Harley is being used for girls. Just reminds me, my cousin has a daughter named Harley! (See what I mean?) After all of the responses you've received - let us know what tugs at your heart...top five again with middle names please.
