Baby Birth Announcement via Email
Looking for some ideas to announce baby birth electronically. Can anyone suggest any cool free website where I can create my baby birth announcement?
Thank you.

I used smilebox for my birth announcements. They have tons of designs to choose from and you can include multiple pictures if you would like. Most of their designs are free (I have only used the free ones). However if you would like to you can purchase a CD of your announcement to keep forever and there are several other upgrades you can purchase for a very reasonable price, but this really isn't necessary unless you want something extra. I think their free stuff is great. In addition to birth announcments you can do Christmas, Easter, Halloween, change of address cards etc.

When my son was born, we were living across the country and did not want to hassle with mailed birth announcements. (Finding everyone's addresses, ordering, addressing and mailing) My husband created an adorable slideshow and put it on YouTube. (You can view it by searching Davis Brenton Smith on YouTube.) It was great! We were able to email the link out the day after the birth, and it was easily forwarded onto make sure we didn't forget anyone. (Plus, it was free!) Everyone who saw it said they loved it, and we ended up doing something similar in lieu of 1st birthday invitations. Hope this helps. C
