Try your local Albertson's bakery. Talk to the head baker. They can make just about anything out of cupcakes.

I have seen a set of cupcakes all set up on a tray in the shape of a brontesaurus (sp?) and the icing is on all of it-so it looks like a cake, but then you just pull the cup cakes apart. I think at Albertson's. I haven't been to a bakery in forever-so, I don't know where else I would have seen it.

Check out coolest-birthday-cakes.com they have EVERYTHING. The thing is they are all home meade/ do it yourself's but maybe you could. I have a done afew myself and they turned out GREAT. Or maybe you know someone who could help you make it.
