AZ Science Center Coupons?

Hi Lovely Mamas!
Do any of you know where I might find coupons/discounts for tickets to the AZ Science Center?
Thanks!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Ladies,

Thanks so much for all the responses! I ended up paying full price admission because we went to the science center the morning after my post. (I need to plan further ahead next time!) However, I did call the library about the culture passes and they did not have any for the science center that day. I tried to sign up for the science center newsletter, but was unable to find where to do that. Lastly, I tried the B of A route, but they no longer offer discounts to the science center. I will try the other suggestions next time. We had fun there and I'm sure we'll go again.

Entertainment Book has a $9 coupon

I don't know about coupons but check your local library, I think you can check out tickets and actually go for free. Call the library.

I'm a member of freecycle in Gilbert (it's like a free craigslist) and today someone was offering their Science Center coupon (buy one get one free) if anyone wants it. It expires at the end of August in a few days. But if you join freecycle you can post a request for coupons to the science center and see if anyone offers you one from their Entertainment Book that doesn't expire so soon. I posted a request for a coupon to the zoo and someone gave me theirs for free.

My husband and I also used to go to the Science Center for a free, creative date on a certain Friday of the month (I don't remember which Friday it was). It was in the evening and no kids were allowed and it was free. They probably still do that. We used to go to the art museum for free on Thursdays. Anyways, most museums have a free day of the month, just call them and ask which day it is and the details of the promotion (you'd hate to show up as a family only to find out kids aren't allowed). We also did a Culture Pass from the library and went to a museum for free. Also check out the Museums on Us program if you have a Bank of America credit or debit card http://museums.bankofamerica.com/
Also, on Saturday, September 26, 2009 the Smithsonian sponsors free museums/zoos for Museum Day (they do it every year). You need to print the free pass at their website here: http://microsite.smithsonianmag.com/museumday/

Make sure you go through coupon mailers. I've seen them in the Savvy Shopper coupon book that I get in the mail once a month.

Hey there! Check out my article where I've reviewed the AZ Science Center...there are links and tips in there on how to get free tickets through the Culture Pass available at your local public library. Follow both these links for more info...

Sign up for their newsletter. Also, I'm pretty sure there was one for them in the Entertainment Guide. And, if you are a BofA customer, they offer account holders one free pass to museums. I don't remember if they are on the list, but it's worth it to check it out. The Science Center often has "free entry" days; one reason to get the newsletter and even call them about specials. HTH.

We're actually going today for FREE. I got a Culture Pass from the Chandler library. You get 4 free adminissions that are good for one week after you check it out. I believe the Tempe libraries have them too. They are first come first served and they go quick. I had to get to the library early and wait in line before it opened to get mine. They have Culture passes for other venues as well. From what I understand, they Culture Passes will be available until March 2010. Enjoy!

ME, ME , ME...I KNOW ... I KNOW!!!!

Here is the link to go free for 4 people through the library and your library card:

Good luck.=D
