If she isn't already, tell her to call her local Help Me Grow office. They will be able to hook her up with support groups, specialists and therapists in the area to provide assistance. I'm a pediatric physical therapist in Licking County and work a lot with Help Me Grow here. I'll ask around to see if I can find anything else.

There are quite a few support groups for Autism. Go to the keyword and type in autism or autism support groups and lists will come up. If you have a hospital, dr nearby, I'm sure they would also be able to help you. I know there are several in Dayton because I did a paper on Asperger's syndrome which is very similar and listed support groups in the Dayton area. Good luck, your friend is lucky to have you
