Assistance with Getting Free Baby Items

Try Pregnancy Aid in Detroit ###-###-####...I have donated tons of baby stuff to there organization for 10 years.

Where are you located? I have a 16 month old daughter and have some clothes I could give to you. Send me a message if your still interested.

Are you able to go to garage sales? You can find items for the amount of change at times. Berkley and royal oak are having the annual sales.

The AAA Crisis pregnancy center might have some resources, if they can't help you themselves. They are located in Livonia. http://aaacpc.org/

Also, I agree with craigslist and freecycle ~ you can post what you need, and often times get tons of responses!

Also check out Freecycle. They have one for the Detroit and surrounding areas. People go on there specifically to offer things to people for free. Often, you will need to pick it up (usually they just specify porch pick up only). Its one of the best sites that I've ever had recommended to me. Best of luck to you with your new little girl!

check out detroit.craigslist.com (there is a section called free and check out the babies section)and there are churches out there that provide free items for Moms.

I live in Redford and had a little girl more than 3 years ago. I have saved all the clothes from her I can give you some of them as long as you can pick them up at my home. Send me a message if you would like me to do this. It would not be for till after June 30. I have to go get them out of storage at my Mom's house in Holly.

I would recommend that you contact Crossroads Pregnancy center in Auburn Hills, MI. They have a store full of free items....tons of clothes, strollers, etc. I gave my items to them and so have many, many other people.
