Art Lessons - Albuquerque,NM

I just moved to town about two weeks ago. I have looked on the internet for art classes for children and haven't really found much. My daughter is four and has tried Monart and loved it. Does anyone know if they have that here or something similar?

What can I do next?

Well, if you goto city hall, atleast in Rio Rancho, there is an office they can direct you to that has such classes, and contacts as well. I believe it is the community, or recreation department or some such. The ladies at the info desk can help. But, it you walk in the front door, it is the first office on the left on the first floor. I have a friend who helps teach one of the art classes. There are many types of classes to choose from. Have fun.

We have started a craft class. Visit www.artwithme.homestead.com

I just typed in a little blurb about an art class that I will be teaching on Mondays at 9:30-10:15 and 10:30-11:15 at the Taylor Ranch Community Center. It is for preschoolers ages 2-5. We are hands on and not afraid to get messy! My name is Miss L. (for the kids) and I would love to give you more info. My email is ____@____.com where I can send you a flyer or go to www.myspace.com/craftcorner_abq or my phone number is ###-###-####

Are you still looking for art classes? I offer them to children. I notice this is 2 years old. Monart is good but it doesn't teach children to really draw what they see. It is teacher dependent, in my opinion. Here is my flier http://www.vivagarcia.com/Images/PDF%20art%20class%20flie...

We currently have an art exhibit at the Sunport in the display classes downstairs.
