I have heard some great stories of how Applie Cider Vinegar is a good remedy but I have not heard it for fertility.

This website is my go to for home remedies. You will find apple cider vinegar all over it. Check out the fertility page and see what it says.

Good luck!!

Apple cider vinegar has been shown to be useless (or, conversely, not shown to be helpful) for most of the things that folks say it helps with.

The most promising benefit is that it _might_ help with blood sugar regulation/diabetes issues. But more study on this is necessary.

As for fertility, don't bother. I would suggest looking into acupuncture. Although the studies are still being conducted on the potential benefits of acupuncture on fertility, the fact that there are real studies shows that there is at least a potential for benefit.

I didn't know it helped with fertility but I drink it every morning to help with liver cleanse. I drink 4 ounces of pure cranberry juice, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a half lemon (squeezed).

I don't know about fertility, but my mom have had us on it ever since I can remember. We take it for stomach aches, cleansing, indigestion, light headedness, etc. My mom is 84 years old and is not on any medication, just drinks her apple cider vinegar (ACV) and water twice daily. We also use it for hair (stops shedding if you rinse or wash with it), pus bumps (pulls the pus and allows the bump to pop itself, better than using epsom salt), arthritis and swollen feet (foot soak). I also bathe my girls in it when they itch or have an allergy outbreak from something outdoors. Also, if you burn yourself while cooking. If you put ACV on a cotton ball or towel and place it on the burn, it will not have a blister. I also take it mixed with honey as a cough medicine. So I say take it anyway, it couldn't hurt. ACV is my go to medicine. I don't know about the studies, but I know what it does for us. Love it!

I've never heard of it for fertility... but just as many studies have shown that it has beneficial properties as those that show it doesn't. My whole family takes it daily to help with overall health.
