Apartment\ or Room Mate

It is the best idea to move before rent is due again but they have low-income apartments you can rent all over the place. If you plan on staying in your current city go to the chamber of commerce and they can tell you of all your local apartment complexes that have these programs available. I live in Colton and I know for a fact of a complex that you can get a 2 bedroom for 745 a month and all you have to do is go in there and apply and get the documents they want like W-2's and stuff. You would qulify with no problm. The one in Colton is on Washington Ave.by the 215 freeway. If you are interested in the one I know of please send me a email. I hope it works out for you. I would be looking for another place. Same situation happened to me to but the lease was in both our names. Because my ex's name was on the lease, the managers office could let him in at any time. They couldn't keep him from the apt even though he was no longer living there. He came in one day and took everything of mine. You don't want to get caught were he cancels the lease and doesn't pay his share and you are responsible or are getting kicked out.
