Look into clearing out some of your clutter on ebay. It's fun, it's simple and it's on your time. Once you clear out your clutter, you might find it's kind of addictive. I used to go garage saling on weekends and buy cheap stuff to resell. It's amazing what you can find for nothing and sell at a profit.
