Anyone Know of Dog Friendly Apartments?
Looking for a complex in Phoenix area that will allow two small dogs - 5 pounds and 10 pounds full grown - when we moved here, my complex told me they were okay to have here then two months later told me they had a pet policy that didn't allow them! Had a friend take them in for me until my lease is up and now I'd like to find a real pet friendly place so we can all be together again. I can do a one or two bedroom, so long as it's $600-$700 a month.

Hello,
Try AIMCO companies, they are pet friendly. I know this because I live in an AIMCO company in Avondale. Go to www.aimco.com and search for an apartment complex that's in the area that you'd like to live. Good luck!!

try Northwest Garden Apts in Glendale, it's on 67th Ave and Olive. It's really nice here, the pet deposit's a little steep, 200$ non-refundable and 100$ refundable, then it is an extra 15$/month added to your monthly rent. all in all, it's a really nice complex. quiet, clean and nice neighbors. Our one bedroom apt is 595$/month, but with taxes and all it is like 605$/month. which isn't bad.
good luck!

Here are several sites that you can look on to see the apartments available. www.rentclicks.com , www.desertwide.com , www.apartments.com , www.rent.com . The first 2 sites on this are for renting houses, condos, and townhouses. I have found that it is cheaper to get a house or townhouse and then you will have a backyard and noone above or below you. :) I hope this helps you a great deal. Message me if you need anything else.
