I'm looking to find a good Yoga DVD for kids. I've researched a little online and there are so many different ones! I'm looking for one that is nice and slow that my daughter can keep up with! Any recommendations would be helpful! Thanks!

We also bought a yoga video by Gaiam called YogaKids Silly to Calm for 3-6 yr olds. My daughter enjoyed it so much I ended up signing her up for a yoga class thru our local community center.

I know of a few: YogaKids by Marcia Wenig; YogaFit Kids available on line through YogaFit. Plus the others that were mentioned in prior responses. Baby Om is not available on dvd yet, but there are also classes around the city and suburbs that allow mom and baby and mom and youngster to play with yoga. You can contact me if you want more info.

Hi K O,

My 6-year-old has used YogaKids ABC's for ages 3-6 since she was 3 and loves it. The DVD is made by Gaiam, www.gaiam.com, and is hosted by Marsha Wenig.

It was used in her preschool and she begged for it so the Easter Bunny gave it to her. My 2-year-old son loves to do it with her.

There is an AWESOME DVD by Parents called Mommy and Baby Fitness at Target. I use it all the time with my 5 month old!
