Anyone Bought a Car for Their Significant Other for a Gift?
I was wondering if anyone has ever bought a car for their significant other for a gift? I am thinking of doing so for my husband for Christmas but I have no idea how to go about doing so without him finding out. Doesn't both parties have to sign? I am sure I could ask the dealership all these questions but if anyone has any experience, let me know. :)

My husband bought me a car for a gift one year also. The dealership let him borrower one of the big huge red bows that went on the top of the hood. That would ne something to ask them to.

Both parties do not have to sign for a new vehicle. I am the sole signer on the note for our car, because my husband could not be there due to an emergency.

Hi! My best friend bought a car as a gift for her husband many years ago. The one thing I remember: she was buying it as a surprise for him, but the dealership called her house one day with a question...and he answered the phone. The surprise was completely ruined. I would be sure to let the salesperson know that if the surprised gets ruined before Christmas, you will terminate the sale and buy it from a different dealership! Best wishes!

Hubby surprised me with a car two years ago. I think if your credit is fine, you only need one signer.
