Any Dance/ Exercise Classes You Can Do W/ Your Kids in Mobile?

I am dying to get out and exercise, but with the humidity here, I have to be up and "running," no pun intended, by 7a . . . and yeah, that's not happening with Sonora not sleeping through the night yet! lol

Anyone know of anything that I can do and take Sonora w/ me (she's almost 1)?

Core Fitness on Hillcrest and Cottage Hill offers Body Jam classes starting in October. It's a class that incorporates dance moves. It's website is www.coreclub.us. You can also check out lesmils.com to view the moves. It's a really cool class. Now, it's not something you and Sonora can do together, but Core does offer free child care while you work out. Core also has spin classes, body pump (weight training), body attack, body combat, and many more. Another good thing about Core is it's just for women.
