Any Clothing Re-sales?

I know Lisle Elementry school is doing one on Sat Sep 26th. It is kids, maternity and Jr clothing and toys. You can look up on the school website, I think it is under Scheiser Elementary, but definately listed under the parent organization tab. Also, I know there is a huge one at one of the Naperville Elementary schools, as I had picked up a flier for it in the past at my sons preschool. That one was kids, mens & womens clothing and toys. I would mostly look under school websites in your area in their parent organizations as that is where most of them are sponsered from. You might want to check Craigslist in your area as well for postings.

Step by Step has their resale the same day - Sept. 11th - as Mothers and More at the DuPage County Fairgrounds. Their sale is in building 4 and there is no entrance fee. You can find more info at stepbysteppta.com

On Sept 24 & 25, St. James the Apostle School on Park Blvd in Glen Ellyn. It's a great sale. Timothy Christian in Elmhurst also has a good one.

What are you looking for?

Some of the elementary schools in Naperville (District 203) have clothing exchanges coming up. Naper school has adult clothing, Ellsworth has children above about size 5, and Highlands has children's clothing below about size 5. You should be able to find out more information on their websites, which you can get to through the district website (www.naperville203.org).

I Know that one is being planned in our school district (kaneland) for some time this fall by two of the PTO groups. However, since my kids are older, I don't know the exact dates.

The Will County Mothers of Twins club is having our fall resale on Sat. Sept. 18th. It's at the church on Weber Rd. - almost directly across the street from Meijer.

Yes, there is a real good one just around the corner. It is run by Epiphany Lutheran Church in Elmhurst, Il. Registration for sellers started last Sunday. It will be held on Friday & Saturday, Sept. 17 & 18. Contact person is Susan Roucka, phone # ###-###-####. It is followed up with a Toy & Equipment Sale on Saturday, October 2nd. Contact person is Colleen Sunderland, ###-###-####.

Brook Park School in La Grange Park - Saturday, Oct. 2nd. Darien Women's Club always sponsors one in fall too. I looked at their webpage, and no date yet.

Epiphany Lutheran Church in Elmhurst has their clothing re-sale on Fri. 9/17 and Sat. 9/18 - great stuff!

St. Isidore School in Bloomingdale has one on Sept. 17 &18. They are full as far as sellers go, but if you're looking to shop, it's a great sale (try to get there early, the stuff goes quickly!)

Parents Who Care has a Fall Resale on Saturday, September 18 at the Hoffman Estates Park District Ice Arena and Community Center, located at 1685 W. Higgins Rd in Hoffman Estates (also the site of PWC open gym).

The sale will be open from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. for the general public. It will close from 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., and then re-open from 12-1 p.m. for the ½ price sale.
