All Women's OB Practice Arlington/DFW

I am currently pregnant and have been trying to find an OB practice in Arlington that only has female physicians. I just moved here from Atlanta a few months ago, so I am new to the area. I have found one lady, Dr. Karan Moseley, but she is the only doctor in her practice. When I asked her what would happen in the event of an emergency/simultaneous delivery and what physician backed her up...she just said that she would try to let me know early enough in advance so that I could "figure something out". If anyone knows of any good all-female practice in the area (preferrably Alrlington, but anywhere in DFW), it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thank You so much everybody! I greatly appeciate all the responses! I decided to go with Women Health Services-Dr. Bergstrom and her practice. I went today to fill out a records release form. The staff seemed very nice and professional. Its even in the same building as my old Dr. Lol! They have to review my records and then decide if they will accept me as a new OB patient. Hopefully they will and I will have my sonogram done in 3 wks! Thanks again!

I go to Matlock OB/GYN in Arlington at Matlock/Mayfield. There are 5 women doctor's out of the 9 doctors in the clinic. I started seeing Dr. Sarmini (male) when I was about 4 months along with my 4th child and that was 14 years ago and I am not disappointed with the care that I receive from his office.

Good luck in your search.

My Dr. is Karen Moseley and she is AWESOME!!! She delivered both of my children, and has been there for me through two miscarriages. I never once had to see any other Dr. she was there on her days off and she came to visit me in the hospital every single day. When I had complication with the delivery of my 2nd child (turned during contractions so he became breech) she calmed me down and did amazing job helping me through the scary reality of c-section. I highly recommend her and what she said is true...she will work it out. Her father passed away with my first child and she was still there for me and my baby. She is a great Dr. who really goes out of her way for her patients!

C. - I'd definitely recommend Women's Health Services, off Waldorp, next to Arlington Memorial Hospital. I see Dr. Joan Bergstrom, but believe 3 female doctors are in the practice. They are terrific. Only down side is waiting time, but I always schedule first appt. of the morning. I've been there for nearly 12 years, when I was pregnant. 2 miscarriages and another birth, and I see them every year at my annual.
