We used Roach Air Conditioning when our AC went out in August last year. When I told the dispatcher that I was pregnant, she sent a tech to our house right away at 4 AM! Their customer service was great! Bob Cruse was our tech. The info on the business card that he left is:

I don't have a repair recommendation for you, but to keep your puppy off the wires in the future try rubbing Pine-Sol all over them. Worked like a charm for us when our dogs did the same thing a few years back and we never had another problem with it. (Wish I could remember the name of the company that repaired ours, sorry!)
