I'm a realtor and have used both of these a/c guys repeatedly. They are both honest, liscensed in TX and will not over charge. If something isn't right, either will come back...

North Texas Mechanical Services. We've used these guys a few times. They have always been on time, honest and reasonably priced. We had to use them just this past Tuesday thinking our air condtiioning was out- only to find out it was just the freon.

Not sure where you live but we use a company called Mike's. He is out of Corinth and they are super nice...it is a father and son business. Their phone number is ###-###-#### or ###-###-####. Either one gets the office. We started using them several years ago to have semi-annual maitenance done but I know others who have purchased units from them. You won't go wrong if you contact them! They do service a wide area so give them a call! S. C.

We actually really like the company that originally put our HVAC system in our house. Tempo 877-94TEMPO. They've been reliable, helpful and friendly.

Please try A BETTER DEAL air conditioning company. We have used them several times for maintenance, when the unit froze, and a check-up. We just love them and have never had any problems! The nnumber is 8888 4 A DEAL

I also want to recomend A Better Deal. I was at my wits end and found them in the Shepherd's Guide. They have lived up to Christian principles when dealing with me. I have used them for at least 5 years and found their service and prices extremely good.

I always recommend my HVAC guys, Airpros in Irving. They came to our rescue in July about 4 years ago when our system (both of them) gave out suddenly. They worked with us on payment while we waiting for a 401K loan to process and fund.

Southlake Heating & Air. Great guys, they know what they are doing, and they tell you like it is. For instance, they told us we could replace a bad part on our AC (the drain), but that it would cost $X and really wasn't worth it b/c the unit is so old. They told us they could do a work around as long as we understood what they were doing. They also told us that the units would need to be replaced sooner rather than later, but that they could do their best to put them in top shape as is if we weren't ready to do the replacement. I highly recommend them. they've done work for me several times.

Try Stark Air. We had 2 units replaced and were very happy with the workers and reps. They answered all questions after my husband checked out facts on line.

Try Jody Kass with Kass Cooling at ###-###-####. He is a really nice guy and will not try to screw you over. Tell him M. Referred you.

I can recommend, without reservation, Nathan at ###-###-####. He is a commercial A/C tech by day and does residential on the side during the evenings and weekends. You won't be disappointed.

ESP Air Conditioning ###-###-####). Love them. Recommended them to a friend who had gotten a quote from another company, and they came out and were some HUGE amount less than their other quote (sorry, don't remember amount--was couple of years ago--was over several hundred). Every time they come out they always end up saving us money...e.g., not charging us for things, doing simple stuff and only charging for the min service call amount, telling us we need less stuff or fewer services than we or they were originally thinking, etc. Every person that's ever come totally knows their stuff. 2 of my neighbors now use them also.
