Advice on Double Jogging/ All Terrain Stroller- Want a Swivel and Lock Wheel

Hello. I have been researching this. Right now, I use our Peg Perego Aria Double for everything- walks, mall,etc... It is great and light. I want a jogging/all terrain stroller to go on walks and maybe runs. I want the front wheel(s) to have the option of locking or being swivel. I also want the canopy to cover the children a lot. Right now I have a Dreamer Design Single and love it but want advice and suggestions! We need the double.

What can I do next?

Bob Revolution Duallie - abosutely best for walking/jogging! It's kind of big & heavy to lift in/out of the car so use your Peg Perego Aria for errands/outings.

We have the Bob Revolution Duallie and it has all the features you are looking for. I have 23 month old twins and we LOVE this stroller. WE use it for everything. I have no trouble folding it in half and putting in the back of my SUV by myself. It's great for on road or off road terrain. Hope that helps!

I have the Indie Twin by Bumbleride. I love it. My kids love to ride in it and when I first got it all the parents in the neighborhood ooohhhed and aahhed over it!Aren't we getting old?:) I went to Stroll and Go to test it out. It is in Alpharetta. You can go to their website and check it out and make an apt to stop by their showroom. It is not much of a showroom because they are mainly internet based but you get to test it out. www.strollandgo.com I got the Seagrass color and it is so pretty I get lots of compliments on it. I don't run but do use it around the neighborhood and the mall. The front wheels do lock and swivel. You can also go to bumbleride's website and watch a demo on how to fold and open it, ect. THe only downside is that it takes up a lot of the back of my Envoy but all double strollers do so....

hey c e,

we have the bob revolution, duallie and absolutely love it. i couldn't function without it!! i have a 2.5 year old and an almost 1 year old and it has been great. we actually went to the mountains and did a 5 mile hike/run with the boys this week while on vacation and it was amazing on a single track trail over a ridge at deep creek near bryson city. it is a little pricey, but you can buy it at rei in atlanta and if you are members you can wait for a 20% off coupon to buy it and it really helps a lot. the canopy shades everything on the boys except fromt he middle of their shins down and it adjusts to allow more sun if you want. it does have a swivel/lock front wheel. i do all my grocery shopping with it, pushing it with one hand and pulling the cart with the other. feel free to e-mail me back if you have any other questions. we really do recommend it--we also have the single bob revolution, which we got when we just had one little one. my husband and i were talking this weekend about future hikes where we may have to bring both strollers as our family grows. good luck

J.
