To answer your Boot Camp question, my husband and I run an outdoor Boot Camp that is held around the TCU area at 5:45a on Mondays and Fridays. We are currently in hiatus due to the weather we've been having, and plan to resume classes again at the end of March! I don't know if they still do or not but Gloria's Restaurant in Montgomery Plaza used to have free Salsa lessons at their restaurant in the evenings! Also TCU, hrough their extended education center offers various dance classes..Salsa, ballroom, belly dancing ect. You might check other YMCA locations also to see if they have other times available. Usually if your a member at one location you have access to all locations!

I live off of Montgomery and go to the Body Firm's boot camp. We work out outside at the UNT Health Science Center. They offer classes at 6am or 5:45pm. I love it!

The best place in town is Dance Makers of Texas. My brother was a professional there for several years and I have taken many classes there. They have great introductory classes, group classes and Friday night dance parties. Julie is the owner and you should request Don if you want private lesons. It is in west Fort Worth on Camp Bowie not to far from the intersection of 820w and I30. The exit from I30 would be Las Vegas Trail.
