I know this is going to sound silly, but people on here use some acronyms that I am not familiar with, and it makes me feel dumb when I am reading the coments. DH? DD? Something husband and something daughter? I'm lost!

What can I do next?

I see others have answered your question, so I will just explain that the "DH", "DD", and "DS" all come from the Flylady web site. Flylady.net is a free home management mentoring service on the Internet (they send you encouraging and helpful e-mails if you want). It's great and really popular, so some of the lingo from there has become more "mainstream."

Hope this helps. Blessings to you!
