Im 30 years old and I just started breaking out really bad. It's like im a teenager all over again. Im taking Loestrin 24 Fe...would that make me break out. I have tried Proactive and it made my skin really dry and red. The cleansers and face washes I get at the stores don't work.I have sensitive skin as well. I was thinking about trying Skin ID. Has anyone tried it? What other produces would you suggest?

What can I do next?

I highly recommend the Zap-It products with Melaleuca. You order it direct through Melaleuca. They will ask you who told you about the products.

I have had so many compliments on this product and how it works. It is very gentle, but works very well. When they as about who told you about it (for there stats), my name is S. Harrington in Grayslake, 60030.

Please let me know who you like it. The product is guaranteed.

Best of luck to you!

Try the acne.org routine! I've been doing it for a while now and my skin has never been clearer. You don't even have to buy their products... all that is required is a gentle face cleanser (I use Neutrogena oil free face wash or Olay Sensitive skin face wash), a lot of 2.5% Benzoyle peroxide (Neutrogena On-The-Spot or the BP gel sold on the acne.org site which I can't recommend enough -- it goes on so much more easily than the Neutrogena and it's cheaper in the long run) and a gentle moisturizer. The key is to follow the acne.org routine though. I constantly had acne on my chin (I'm also 30), but my skin looks so nice now. I'd stopped doing the routine for a week or so and my skin broke out again. Now I do it every day, twice a day.

The same thing happened to me at 30. I tried all sorts of over the counter remedies and wasted ALOT of time & money doing so! Ultimately I ended up seeing a dermatologist and was presribed a combination of 2 face creams which were very gentle, safe and super effective! And the prescriptions were far less than the OTC creams since insurance covered them. I only paid about $25 every three months. I received many compliments and was often asked what I used!

I do take a medication that makes my break out and like you I feel like Im going throught puberty all over. I have fought it for 3.5 years now and just found the cure.

Artistry essentials. normal to oily skin. It is expensive $45, but no more then proactive, but it lasts 4 months. use a fingertips amount of the cleanser day and night.

I have been using it since christmas and am only 3/4 of the way through the bottle. I do get some break outs but nothing compared to before. i would also suggest the exfoliator cream. used twice a week!!

Really it works!

Try Yaz birth control. It really helped me with my acne. I know there are a few other birth control pills that help with acne but I am not sure which ones.

Try a mild exfoliating cleanser along with a mild toner. A good mask helps as welll. Flush your insides as well with water. Your body is eliminating the toxins through your pores.

See my website for a list of products that have more natural base.

Hi K.T.

It sounds like a hormonal issue. Have your ever heard of Natural Progesterone creams? They are life changing and health changing! I offer a line of progesterone creams

OPRAH’S talking about it…We’ve got it!

PhytoProlief & Prolief Natural Balancing Creams

Do You Or Someone You Know Suffer With?
• * PMS? * Water retention?
• * Sleep disturbances? * Inability to handle stress?
• * Hot flashes? * Headaches?
• * Lack of concentration? * Loss of sex drive?
• * Vaginal dryness? * Unexplained weight gain?
• * Dry, thin, wrinkly skin? * Mood swings?
• * Fibrocystic breasts? * Irritability?
• * Break outs? * Uterine fibroids?
• * Depression? * Fatigue?

If so, according to current literature on natural alternatives and therapies, the cause may be due to estrogen excess and may be alleviated thru the use of bio-identical progesterone. Throughout the course of a female’s life, the hormones estrogen and progesterone are constantly fluctuating. It is often the imbalance between these two hormones that can cause many of the above symptoms & conditions to manifest in females of all ages and stages of life.

Bio-identical progesterone is recommended to help balance your hormones naturally. It has been used successfully to help reduce the symptoms and discomfort of hormone imbalance issues and can be a natural alternative to hormone replacement therapy (HRT), without side effects. It’s also been used to help with bone mineral loss, or osteoporosis.

PhytoProlief is different than other progesterone creams because it also contains phytoestrogens, plant-based estrogens, capable of helping to balance the powerful and sometimes harmful effects of too much or too little estrogen. PhytoProlief has the added herbs: Black Cohosh, Chaste Tree Berries, Dong Quai, Evening Primrose Oil and Red Clover. PhytoProlief is appropriate for use by premenstrual, premenopausal, menopausal & postmenopausal women.)

Prolief is bio-identical progesterone without the added herbs and is appropriate for women trying to get pregnant, lactating, young teenagers, men and anyone who might be sensitive to herbs.

The most desirable way to use bio-identical progesterone is in a transdermal (absorbed through the skin) cream, containing 400-500 mg of progesterone per ounce, supplying 20 mg of progesterone per dose. Our creams were formulated to meet these specifications!

Each formula is conveniently packaged in a dose-metered pump, so each dose supplies ¼ teaspoon containing the recommended 20 mg of progesterone. There’s no confusing and messy measuring! 2.5 fl. Oz. / 75 ml. ‘

There is a 45 100% Money Back Gaurantee and your product can be drop shipped right to you.
I would be honored to be your consultant at no obligation.

my husband had bad acne until we started cutting out processsed foods and eating whole foods. I would try that before slopping chemicals on your skin to stop the skin from riding the body of the toxins it has accumulated
