I have about 11 people mainly girls that stayed over for a sleepover. I need a quick easy quiche recipe to make for them. Any ideals.

So What Happened?

Thanks to everyone for the site. The Quiche was great. Shame I always knew about this site but forgot(that happens with age) or is it because of haveing kids. Oh well thanks again.

This is my family's favorite recipe!

Spray a 13x9 pan with nonstick spray. Roll out crescent rolls across the bottom of the pan (do not separate them). Buy a package of precooked sausage patties and grate them on a cheese grater and spread over the dough. Mix 5 eggs and 1/2 cup milk together, pour over sausage. Cover the top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. This serves 6-8 people.

If you use the Jimmy Dean precooked turkey sausage patties, you can do two casseroles with the 8 patties, plus it is much lower in fat than regular sausage! The taste is exactly the same.

Happy sleepover! :)
