6 Year Old Triplets

My sister is a proud mother of 6 children, Matt 21, Jason 20, Steven 10, Leeta,Lauren,Linda,6. Well her girls have always taken a bath together..always to save water nonetheless. My sister thinks that it is way past the time to be bathing alone. Thing is the refuse throw fits not without my lee..lauren .. linda.. so on and so forth, she doesn't know what to do help please...

What can I do next?

Hi S.,
Kudos to your sister for triplets!! What if she tries to get them to change from taking baths to taking a shower? They could all be in there together or they could break up the routine. One takes a shower while one brushes her teeth, and the third ...waits her turn, brushes her hair?? The transition may go more smoothly if they can all at least be in the room together, if not the tub.
Just a thought.

It would be diffent if there was a mix of boys & girls. I wouldn't worry about it if I was your sister. They will grow out of it. If I was her, I would have other battles to pick and worry about with 3 6yr olds running around. Kudos for her for having trips.

Even though they are bigger, and it may be a little harder to maneuver around the tub, they are still young. They probably aren't ready to give up a routine they are used to. It is probably still fun for them. After all they have only been in this world for 6 years and are probably still very attached to each other. I think it's just an age thing and as they get older they will realize that they don't want to be so close.

That's just my opinion. :)
