I brush my teeth like three times a day so I dont think it from not brushing. One more thing, I've had really wired vision problems. See black spot and shadows.

call the dr right away or head to the hospital. when it comes to pregnancy I always say err on the side of caution. better to be safe than sorry.

Let me just add to the broken record, head to the hospital asap. Definitely could be preeclampsia but if you jump on it things should be fine! As everyone else said, better safe than sorry! Good luck and congrats a little early :D

You need to contact your OB asap. They will most likely instruct you to go to Labor and Delivery to get checked out. Don't go to the ER unless that's the way your hospital operates. Both hospitals I delivered at you went to L&D after 20 weeks.

This is not the time to get diagnosed by anyone other than a medical professional.

hope you called the doctor or went to L&D to get checked out.... visual changes are nothing to mess around, they can be a sign of preeclampsia

I agree, call! Vision problems is probably the biggest concern here.

Contact your doctor. The vision problems could be connected to blood pressure and you could need to be induced or have a c-section now. My sister had the same symptoms and that is what they did with her.

These could all be symptoms of dangerously elevated blood pressure and warrants IMMEDIATE evaluation by your care provider or hospital. I am definitely not the kind of person that runs to the doctor for every little thing, but you NEED TO BE SEEN ASAP!
Blood pressure can increase very quickly in pregnancy and can cause serious problems. So even if you just saw your doctor yesterday you need to be seen again, now.

I would go in like NOW!! When I was having vision issues with my twins my blood pressure was very high and I ended up being induced that day. Don't drive yourself, have someone else and if you don't have anyone call 911.

Have you called your doctor? If you're worried about your baby (she's likely going through a growth spurt and sleeping a lot more - if it makes you feel better, my baby has done that before and was fine), you can drink a cup of juice and then lay down and count her movements. The juice should make her wiggle some. I think the swollen gums can be normal. And the vision problems can be common, but it seems like it might have to do with something else. I'm sleep deprived at the moment and can't remember what it might mean, if anything (edit: finally remembered, it can be high blood pressure). But I would call and tell your doctor about your concerns and see what they say. In the meantime, drink some juice, lay down, and count the babies movement over the next hour or so.

I've just read the other comments...if you are feeling that worried, there is NO harm at all in going to the ER or Labor & Delivery to get checked out. It's better safe than sorry. I've had the eye thing before (rarely - mine was headache related), and the tight belly a lot before too. None of it meant anything bad. I agree with making sure you're getting lots of water. It sounds like you're feeling really worried, and you should go and get things checked out to make sure all is well...just wanting to let you know that it doesn't necessarily mean something bad is going on. I hope everything is fine. Let us know!
