3 Year Old Hates Underwear

I am laughing out loud reading this, my dd at the time would just strip..it all came off...and this is really a girl thing and that is what i was told at the time,,,i am no help here but i know that she striped for months on us, in the house, in the stroller, in the store, in the grocery cart.....

So you need to rule out what is going on here,,what is bothering her??? is it the elastic on the top/leg openings or the material???/or the sensation of 2 layers????
What did you use before she was potty trained????pull-ups???? You might have to go backwards and tell her if she can not wear big girl undies that she will have to start wearing diapers again like the baby...Screaming in the car would not make me a happy camper and i would leave her home and not go anywhere if that was the case

Perhaps letting her pick her undies (there's so many kinds/patterns to choose from...she might like to)? My daughter likes briefs (the hip hugger and bikini style undies pinch and ride up giving nasty wedgies). Boxers are good too (much more room to breathe down there, LOL!)but aren't as good to wear with tights or form-fitting girl pants/leggings. I would try finding some undies that she picks, and get brief-style. I have noticed that girl undies have become smaller and smaller and the choices are sometimes only hipsters or bikinis...try to get the briefs...she'll like them better, I think.

get her some boys boxer briefs. its probably the leg openings that are bothering her so much.

Is underwear the only sensory issue she has? No problem with tags? Seams? Socks?
I wonder if her feeling the different types in the store would help.

underwear is uncomfortable. And she isn't used to wearing it yet. Has she been able to pick out any of her own underwear? Favorite colors, favorite characters, etc? That may help.
