3 Year Old Daughter "Breaking Out"?

over the past day i've noticed my normally smooth-complected 3 year old daughter has started getting what looks like acne. i can't really tell if it's hives or acne. she's not scratching it so i'm guessing it's not an allergic reaction. does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

What can I do next?

There is a virus going around with very mild to unnoticeable symptoms except the last one, a strange rash that goes away in a few days. Some kids will get the fever etc of a virus mine did not but the rash was there and then gone that was how I knew they were "sick". Keep an eye on it, the only othe rthing maybe reaction to sunblock if you have started using it on her the past few days?

It could still be an allergic reaction even if it does not itch.....has she eaten any new foods recently? Best thing to do is call your doctor or look on line (google) to see if it matches any pictures of breakout , rashes, or reactions. Good luck! Could it possibly be excema? sometimes that starts as little red bumps. I use botanically based products on my girls. They do not have chemicals nor artificial fragrances that can effect sensative skin.

My 2 year old gets strange rashes often, but they all go away in a few days, if not hours. The doctor said that its 2 causes: sweating and overheating and food and soap allergy. He doesnt itch in both cases. I dont give him anything for it, as it usually goes away quickly
