A little about us...
GREATER LEWISVILLE MOTHERS & MORE, is a non-profit organization dedicated to mothers. Basically, a fun group of Moms wanting to connect and form lasting friendships.

If your neighborhood doesn't offer playgroups or similar social activities, I would recommend a local MOMS Club, MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) Group or GLEPTA (Greater Lewisville Early Childhood PTA. All of them offer playgroups for kids, along with monthly outings and get-togethers. When my kids were younger, we not only joined a playgroup, but our local MOMS Club put together holiday activities for the kids, outings to the pumpkin patch, zoo, local fire station, tours at a pizzeria, etc. It's lots of fun and a great way for you to meet other moms as well. I would definately look into something like a MOMS Club. Membership is very reasonable (about $20-25) and they have playgroups and activities.

T., I just posted our meet up on here. I run it and it is a smaller group and all the kids play great together and are 2- 4 years old. The name of my group is The Real Housewives of Denton County. And we are at meetup.com
