My son's 2nd birthday is coming up in March and it already has me thinking. We will have kids from as young as newborns to 10 y/o, but the majority of the children will be around 2. I want to entertain as many age groups as possible. I know about Chuck E Cheese but it seems so much of a 'been there done that' type of place. We don't want to do it at our house again, I really want someone else to have to do all the work this year. So anyways any ideas on what special and wonderful place to go in SA or surrounding areas?

What can I do next?

I am going through the same problem. I am have been looking into many places. And I hate Chuck E Cheese and Peter Piper. I cant stand them. So I looked into Fiesta Farm where they have a petting zoo, horse back riding, etc. I also looked into a new place that will be opened soon called Mini Town. But they want like $350. I cant see paying that. So I think I am going with Fiesta Farm. It looks very cute.

There is Incredible pizza, Peter Piper Pizza, lots of Parks in SA, The Zoo, The bowling Alley, The Witte Mueseum on Broadway, The Children's musuem and like you said Chuck E. Cheese. We had our three children's parties there this past year b/c they asked for it. My personal favorite of these is the Witte and the Zoo. I have looked into this place too- http://fiestafarmlc.com/ Looks fun but a like costly also It's either too hot or raining during the times my childrens' b-days are.
Good Luck and if you need info let me know.

We just had a 5th birthday at The Little Gym of NE San Antonio and it went so smoothy, it was worth the cost. They take care of just about every little detail and the kids loved it. The teachers have experience w/ 4 mo olds and up. They play games w/ kiddos and help them during free play. Go by and check it out so you can see the facility. Also OB Schnabel park on Huebner is a fantastic place for a party. Also Kidzville on San Pedro is worth checking out, went to a fun party there once but have been there when it needed some cleaning so I'd go look at it again. Have a fun party!
