We did my daughters at Lou Malnatti's in Buffalo Grove. Their prices weren't bad compared to other restaurants in the area and the service was great. We also brought some beach balls and some toys to put on one side of the room for the kids to play with also. If you don't want to do a restaurant, I know some of the park districts have some good deals too. Good luck with the party planning and enjoy.

Hi T.,
Well my son's first B-Day party was at the Norwood Park Park District in the party room. It is nothing spectacular- but it held my 50 or so guests and had plenty of room. A kitchen and we just decorated the tables and chairs with balloons and streamers and banners. There is a great park for kids right outside as well- by their pool. Since it is more of an adult affair with them so young- it worked perfectly. I think I paid less than $100 to rent the room. Just a thought if you are money conscious and have a lot of people to invite.... I was pleased- it's just not anything like a Play place for kids- just a big room.
