Check out Abrakdoodle (they have a website). Tony and patty Capobianco are the owners and I know them personally. They are an educational art program for kids. They have excellent fun things for kids and birthday parties. They are not too expensive. Chekc them out!

You could do a Kindermusik party. I take my son to Kindermusik his teacher is Aimee Carter and she will come to your party I'm not sure what her fee is. You can visit her website at www.delightfulsounds.com

I am a certified instructor with Music with Mar. and we do birthday parties! They can be hosted in any indoor location of your choosing. Sounds like you have all that you need for a successful party for 1 year olds. They really don't pay attention to entertainment, nor are they going to play with each other. For a first birthday you have what you need. Save your money on an entertainer for the kids until they are older (4/5 years old). Now if you really want to entertain, then higher a band for the adults. The little tykes will dance to the music and the parents will enjoy it as well. Makes for cute videos of the babies trying to dance. Good Luck and have fun. The first birthday is soooo exciting!! Congratulations on the first year.

Don't waste your money on entertainment...they have such short attention spans at this age...you'll end up entertaining the parents instead!!! They'll have a BALL with the pit and other toys/activities you have available. Wait a few years until your child can REALLY appreciate your efforts!!!

Who are you trying to entertain? 1 year olds will be entertained by being all together interacting. You don't need to spend your money on entertainment. The ball pit is plenty.
